Job Nature: -In House (Not remote), Full time

Probationary Period: 2 to 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a WordPress Plugin Quality & Documentation Assistant to support our team in testing, documentation, and demo setup. You’ll help ensure plugins run smoothly across versions, maintain accurate demo sites, and prepare clear user guides. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a basic understanding of WordPress functionality.

Test compatibility across different WordPress versions, PHP versions, themes, and plugins (a checklist will be provided).

Perform Quality Control (QC) and bug reporting for plugins (a checklist will be provided).

Create and maintain demo sites/pages for plugins (UI design will be provided).

Prepare user-friendly documentation (Text + Screenshots).

Collaborate with the development team to test new features and provide feedback.

Qualifications

Experience in WordPress customization (intermediate level).

Basic understanding of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.

Ability to understand WordPress theme and plugin compatibility.

Experience working with popular page builders such as Gutenberg Block Editor, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and Beaver Builder (Gutenberg and Elementor preferred).

Skill and experience in preparing well-structured documentation (guidelines will be provided).

Salary Structure

There will be a 3-month probation period with a starting salary of 18,000 BDT.

If you can perform your duties properly within the first 2 months, you will receive an increment after 2 months, raising your salary to 20,000–22,000 BDT.

After the next 6 months, if your performance is good and you fully understand your responsibilities, you will receive another increment, bringing your salary to 25,000 BDT.

The work will remain the same, but you must maintain quality and commit to staying with us for a certain period.

If you pass all interviews, both oral and written, and are confident you can deliver quality work from the first day, your starting salary can be 20,000 BDT.
