Job Description

Job Nature: -In House (Not remote), Full time
Experience: At Least 1 Year
Office Hours: 9:30-6:00 (6 days a week)
Probationary Period: 2 to 3 Months
Job Type: Permanent employment with salary revision after the probationary period

Office arrangements:

1 hour of lunchtime (1:30-2:30)

Note: We are not looking for a Social Media Campaign Manager; we are searching for a Social Media Account Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications We Require

We’re looking for a team player who has:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media Account Maintenance management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Basic idea of designing with Canva for posting on social media.
Experience with social media management tools (priority).
Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging and grammatically correct content.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and sales teams.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

The main key responsibility of this job post is for the right candidate to manage daily social media maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
Managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
Develop and implement social media content strategies to each client’s brand and objectives.
Publishing day-to-day content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. is essential for maintaining an active online presence.
Strong planning and organizational skills to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
Connect with the graphic designer team to create high-reach social media design materials.
Communicate with the video editing team to produce high-reach social media video materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
Plan, create, and manage a weekly and monthly content schedule for social media.
Reporting and presenting data insights to team members and clients.
