Social Media Account Manager

We’re hiring a Social Media Account Manager to manage and grow our online presence across major platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube. Your role will include posting regular content, managing inbox messages and comments, and coordinating with our graphics and video teams to maintain a well-organized content calendar.
You’ll also be responsible for submitting weekly performance reports to track progress and engagement. Having basic knowledge of Canva will be considered an additional advantage.

Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on creating and managing social media content across different platforms. You’ll use creative ideas and AI tools to write posts, plan content with the team, and ensure everything matches the brand’s voice. Regular posting, quick engagement, and weekly reporting are key parts of this position.

Generate engaging social media content using ChatGPT and ensure it aligns with the brand’s tone and goals.
Regularly post content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Manage inbox messages and comments on all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the graphics and video teams to plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Submit a weekly report summarizing activities and performance.

Qualifications

Good understanding of how to create and optimize content using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
Basic understanding of social media management and audience engagement.
Intermediate communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Canva will be considered an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary Structure

There will be a 3-month probation period with a starting salary of 18,000 BDT.
If you can perform your duties properly within the first 2 months, you will receive an increment after 2 months, raising your salary to 20,000–22,000 BDT.
After the next 6 months, if your performance is good and you fully understand your responsibilities, you will receive another increment, bringing your salary to 25,000 BDT.
The work will remain the same, but you must maintain quality and commit to staying with us for a certain period.
If you pass all interviews, both oral and written, and are confident you can deliver quality work from the first day, your starting salary can be 20,000 BDT.
