On-Page SEO Assistant

We are looking for an On-Page SEO Assistant. Your responsibilities will include drafting articles from Google Docs and publishing them on the website, setting up title tags, adding internal links, and finalizing each article according to our provided on-page SEO checklist. However, keyword research and competitor analysis are not part of this role, as those tasks are managed by a separate team.

Job Description

Job Nature: -In House (Not remote), Full time
Experience: Minimum 6 Month
Office Hours: 9:30-6:00 (6 days a week)
Job Type: Permanent employment with salary revision after the probationary period
Probationary Period: 2 to 3 Months

Office arrangements:

1 hour of lunchtime (1:30-2:30)
Prayer time break (if you’re Muslim)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining program schedules across digital platforms. This role involves drafting, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of published schedules while coordinating with multiple teams for smooth data and content flow.

Copy articles from Google Docs and draft them on the website.
Recheck title tags and other meta tags.
Add internal links, relevant images, and proper ALT tags.
Set appropriate feature images for each article.
Perform a quality check for every article following the On-Page SEO checklist before publishing.
Publish around 12–15 articles per day.
Most of the articles will be blog-type content.

Salary Structure

There will be a 3-month probation period with a starting salary of 15,000 BDT.
If you can perform your duties properly within the first 2 months, you will receive an increment after 2 months, increasing your salary to 18,000–20,000 BDT.
After the next 6 months, if your performance is good and you take full responsibility for your work, you will receive another increment, bringing your salary to 25,000 BDT.
The work will remain the same, but you must maintain quality and commit to staying with us for a certain period.
If you believe you can deliver quality work from the first day, your starting salary can be 25,000 BDT.
If you have additional SEO skills and relevant experience beyond the listed tasks, you may mention your expected salary and explain your expertise in the cover letter instead of being limited to the 25,000 BDT starting range.
