Job Description

Job Nature: -In House (Not remote), Full time

Experience: Minium 6 Month

Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week)

Job Type: Permanent

Probationary Period: 2 to 3 Months

Office arrangements:

1 hour of lunchtime (1:30 AM – 2:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll support our marketing and content work with strong design assets. You’ll create new designs, improve existing ones, and keep everything consistent with our branding and style. You’ll also keep design files organized and make updates easy when changes are needed.

Create visual design assets based on briefs and campaign needs

Develop new designs and improve existing layouts when updates are required

Maintain visual consistency by following brand guidelines and design standards

Prepare final design files in the correct formats for internal use

Manage design tasks according to deadlines and priority

Make revisions based on feedback and ensure designs are ready for use

Salary Structure

There will be a 3-month probation period with a starting salary of 18,000 BDT.

If you can perform your duties properly within the first 2 months, you will receive an increment after 2 months, raising your salary to 20,000–22,000 BDT.

After the next 6 months, if your performance is good and you fully understand your responsibilities, you will receive another increment, bringing your salary to 25,000 BDT.

The work will remain the same, but you must maintain quality and commit to staying with us for a certain period.

If you pass all interviews, both oral and written, and are confident you can deliver quality work from the first day, your starting salary can be 25,000 BDT.
