Social Media Banner Designer

We are looking for a Social Media Banner Designer. Your task will be to design banners in different sizes for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We will provide the design ideas, materials, and ready-made templates — you can modify them or create new ones based on those. Knowledge of logo design will be considered an added advantage.

Probationary Period: 2 to 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on creating and managing designs for multiple social media accounts. You’ll work on daily design tasks, plan content topics, and make sure all visuals look consistent and engaging. The job also involves updating and improving ready-made designs when needed and working closely with the team to keep everything on schedule.

Create different types of designs for three social media accounts.
Design will cover 3–4 categories, but the same design will be used across all three accounts.
Modify ready-made stock designs and create new ones when necessary.
Prepare a design calendar to plan and manage daily design topics.
Must have experience in either Photoshop or Illustrator.

Salary Structure

There will be a 3-month probation period with a starting salary of 18,000 BDT.
If you can perform your duties properly within the first 2 months, you will receive an increment after 2 months, raising your salary to 20,000–22,000 BDT.
After the next 6 months, if your performance is good and you fully understand your responsibilities, you will receive another increment, bringing your salary to 25,000 BDT.
The work will remain the same, but you must maintain quality and commit to staying with us for a certain period.
If you pass all interviews, both oral and written, and are confident you can deliver quality work from the first day, your starting salary can be 25,000 BDT.
