Job Description

Job Nature: -In House (Not remote), Full time

Experience: At Least 6 months

Office Hours: 9:30-6:00 (6 days a week)

Probationary Period: 2 to 3 Months

Job Type: Permanent employment with salary revision after the probationary period

Office arrangements:

1 hour of lunchtime (1:30-2:30)

Prayer time break (if you’re Muslim)

Evening snacks

Tea & Coffee (Unlimited)

Playground & TV for entertainment

Fully air-conditioned world-class office space

Salary & Writing

15,000 To 20,000 BDT (Per month)

1,200 To 1,500 Words Per Day

Qualifications We Require

We’re looking for a team player who has:

Experience (of at least 6 months) in Blog/Informative/How-To writing

Hard-in passion for writing and learning new things

Capability and experience of using different types of writing tools

Robust hand on topic optimization

Clear and thorough understanding of grammar and writing fundamentals

Common sense of working with foreign clients

Understanding of SEO basics is a plus

Facilities:

To help you become a professional Blog Content Writer, you’ll get guidelines from time to time. Alongside that, you’ll get 2 to 3 official training sessions on how you can shine up your writing.

Yearly increment

Two (2) festival bonuses (50-100% of basic salary)

One (1) yearly performance bonus (50-100% of basic salary)

Monthly performance bonus

Executive leave(s): 15 days

Marriage leave(s): 3-5 days

Maternity leave(s): 2-3 months

Paternity leave(s): 3 days
